Liability Disclaimer – Heroic Yards

By accepting service from Heroic Yards, the customer agrees that Heroic Yards and its representatives are not liable for any damage to underground utilities, sprinkler systems, low-hanging wires, or unmarked obstacles unless previously disclosed in writing.

Heroic Yards is not responsible for damages resulting from weather conditions, insects, or other natural occurrences beyond our control. Customers are responsible for ensuring safe, accessible service areas, including securing pets, unlocking gates, and removing hazardous items.

While we take every precaution to perform work safely and professionally, Heroic Yards shall not be held liable for any incidental or consequential damages related to lawn care, landscape maintenance, or property access.

By scheduling service, the customer acknowledges and accepts this disclaimer.

Lawn Care (Mowing, Edging, Blowing):

Heroic Yards is not responsible for lawn damage caused by pests, disease, drought, or improper irrigation. We are not liable for damage to sprinkler heads, wiring, or unseen objects in the grass. Please flag any known underground obstructions prior to service.

 

Fertilization & Weed Control:

Heroic Yards is not liable for unintended effects due to existing lawn health, improper watering, weather conditions, or over-application by others. We are not responsible for allergic reactions, plant damage, or injury due to failure to follow safety guidelines.

 

Shrub Trimming & Pruning:

Heroic Yards is not responsible for poor plant regrowth due to prior damage, disease, or overgrowth. Some shrubs may not respond well to heavy trimming. We are not liable for plant loss unless due to proven negligence.

 

Seeding, Leveling, and Landscaping:

We are not responsible for failed grass germination due to weather, improper watering, foot traffic, or animal disruption. Settling of soil or mulch may occur naturally and is not considered a defect. Landscaping warranties apply only where stated in writing.

 

Leaf Cleanup:

Heroic Yards is not responsible for leaf reaccumulation due to wind or nearby trees after service. We are not liable for property damage caused by hidden objects under piles or excessive debris buildup not visible at time of quote.

 

Mulch Installation:

Mulch may shift due to rain, slope, or wind. Heroic Yards is not responsible for dye transfer, soil acidity changes, or plant stress unless caused by improper installation.

 

Gutter Cleaning:

We are not responsible for damage caused by existing gutter cracks, loosened fasteners, or roof deterioration. Gutter condition should be inspected before service. Heroic Yards reserves the right to decline unsafe access conditions.

Power Washing:

Heroic Yards is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, including but not limited to: faulty spigots, brittle siding, deteriorated concrete, improperly sealed surfaces, or unstable fixtures. By approving service, the customer acknowledges that Heroic Yards is not liable for damage caused by water pressure to surfaces that are already compromised or unsuitable for power washing.
